I would like to take the time to thank Kay Eads for each time she has been my realtor in buying and selling properties.  She has always been very honest and up-front with me.  Once a property I was interested in already had an offer on it, but when it ended up back on the market Kay called me right away to see if I was still interested.  She works very hard on the buying and selling end of your needs.  I have purchased nine properties through Kay and she has also sold three properties for me.
